Thank you for your interest in Poltroni’s products and/or services. (“The Physical Goods”)

WHAT IS COVERED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY?

  • This Limited Warranty applies to any flaws in materials or craftsmanship during regular usage within the Warranty Period.
  • All sofas and armchairs come with a 10-year warranty for the frame and structure, and a 2- year warranty for upholstery, mechanical components, and stitching.
  • The purchaser is responsible for all incurred Transportation Charges.

HOW WILL WE ADDRESS THE ISSUE?

Throughout the Warranty Period, Poltroni will either repair or replace any faulty products or components resulting from manufacturing defects during normal usage and upkeep. The Product will be fixed using either new or reconditioned replacement parts.

HOW LONG DOES THE COVERAGE LAST?

The frame and structure of all sofas and armchairs are covered by a 10-year warranty, while upholstery, mechanical parts, and stitching are covered for 2 years from the delivery date.

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY?

The Limited Warranty does not extend to any problems caused by:

Conditions, malfunctions, or damages not resulting from flaws in materials or craftsmanship. Damages due to misuse, burns, stains, or any other form of abuse beyond normal and expected usage, or if deemed by service personnel as a result of excessive wear and tear.

WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?

To activate the Poltroni warranty, the purchaser must complete the warranty registration form on our website at www.poltroni.com/warranty.
